Identified

We are aware of issues in My Account causing line details and information to not load. Because of this issue customers can not add apps, cancel or retrieve their billing details.
This issue is also affecting the Activation Portal gabb.com/activate when trying to activate a new device.
We are working as quickly as possible for a resolution.
